How can I place a custom order?

We accept custom orders of all kinds – flower arrangements, bouquets, dried florals, planted arrangements, and more! We can accommodate any price point. If you have something specific in mind but don't see it on our site, you can give us a call at 416-480-2222 during our shop hours, use the chat function in the bottom-right corner, or fill out the form on our Contact Us page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

Will my flowers look like the photos on your website?

As we use the best and freshest seasonal blooms, our selection varies each day and your bouquet/arrangement will likely look quite different from the photos. You may select the colour palette you'd like, and you can leave any additional flower requests in the Order Notes in your cart. We do our best to fulfill any requests! 

The product photos on our site depict the general size and style of each bouquet/arrangement, not what your specific order will look like. However, if you like the look of one photo in particular, please let us know in the Order Notes and we'll do our best to make it as similar as possible.

Ordering and delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Toronto and the GTA as well as certain regions outside of the GTA. If you are not able to select the delivery option for your region, please get in touch via the chat in the bottom-right corner. You can also give us a call at 416-480-2222 or fill out the form on our Contact Us page.  

When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive between 10am-6pm on the delivery date you selected. 

If you require your order to be delivered within a specific time window, please get in touch beforehand to arrange this before placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order and it is more than 24 hours before your selected delivery/pickup date, please contact us at hello@inbloomflowers.ca and we can cancel your order for you. You can choose to either receive a credit at In Bloom Flower Shop for the full value of your order, or we can issue a refund minus a 4% transaction fee.

If you want to cancel an order within 24 hours of your selected delivery/pickup date, we will not be able to cancel your order as the flowers will have been purchased and the arrangement may already have been designed. However, you can choose to have the flowers rerouted to a different address - just get in touch with us at hello@inbloomflowers.ca to do so. No refunds can be issued for deliveries scheduled to be delivered within 24 hours of when you reach out to cancel.



Can I return or exchange an item?

All cut flowers, dried flowers, and plants are final sale. Pots and accessories can be exchanged/returned in store within 15 days with proof of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.  

If you need to cancel your order and it is more than 24 hours before your delivery/pickup date, we can provide you with a store credit to be used in any future purchase, or a refund minus a 4% transaction fee. If you contact us within 24 hours of the date you selected, we can either direct your order to a new delivery address or arrange to have it picked up in store. We are not able to provide refunds for cancellation requests within 24 hours of the delivery/pickup date, as we will already have ordered the flowers and may already have your order prepared.
