Refund policy

All plants, flowers, and dried flowers are final sale and cannot be returned. Pots and other non-perishable accessories can be returned in store up to 15 days after purchase. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Damage can occur to flowers and plants due to transport, weather, and other factors. Please note that flowers and plants cannot remain outside when it is below 0 degrees Celsius. It's best practice to ensure the recipient will be home on delivery day to receive their package. Our couriers make every effort to ensure packages are delivered directly to recipients, however if the recipient is not home, they may decide to leave the package at the door or with a neighbour at their discretion. We will send you a delivery notification via email once we receive a notification from our couriers. We are not responsible for any weather damage or theft.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is damage on the flowers/plants, please send us a photo and details within 48 hours of receiving them so we can assess the issue. Once we have determined the issue, we may send replacement stems/plants, or offer store credit. Please note - although we maintain quite a high standard for our flowers and plants, they are living and it would be unfair to hold them to a standard of perfection. In the rare occasion that a few stems are not up to standard, we may send replacement stems. We cannot replace entire arrangements or bouquets unless there is a significant amount of damage, which we reserve the right to determine at our discretion.

Cancellation

If it’s more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery/pickup date and you’d like to cancel your order, contact us via email at hello@inbloomflowers.ca and we’ll be able to offer you store credit for the full value of your order, minus a 4% transaction fee.

If you need to cancel your order and it’s within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery/pickup date, you can choose to redirect your delivery to a new address. We are not able to offer refunds or store credit for orders scheduled for delivery within 48 hours of the delivery/pickup date, as we will already have purchased your flowers and your order may already have been prepared.

During Valentine’s and Mother’s Day season, orders must be cancelled at least 96 hours in advance. 

Exchanges
Pots and other accessories can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. We accept exchanges in store only.


Refunds
We will get in touch once we’ve received your inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
