Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or another issue that prevents us from delivering on your selected date (weather, road closures, etc), we will contact you to determine an alternative delivery date.
Local delivery
Local delivery is offered within Toronto, the GTA and beyond. We charge delivery fees based on location. If you don't see your desired delivery location below, please contact us at hello@inbloomflowers.ca.
For deliveries within Toronto, Etobicoke, and North York, we charge $12 per delivery.
For deliveries within Markham, Brampton, Pickering, Mississauga, Ajax, Maple, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Oshawa, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Concord, and Whitby, we charge $16 per delivery.
For deliveries within Stouffville, Bolton, Newmarket, Bowmanville, Oakville, King City, Burlington, and Milton, we charge $26 per delivery.
Deliveries are made between 10 AM to 6 PM from Monday-Saturday. We will send you an email notification once your order has been delivered.
In-store pickup
You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at our shop, located at 163 Main Street. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day, unless a different pickup date is selected. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
Domestic and International Shipping
We do not ship outside of Ontario. All shipping locations can be found in the Local Delivery section of our Shipping Policy.
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided upon checkout, we will send you another email notification.
We deliver Monday-Saturday between 10 AM to 6 PM. If you have not received a delivery notification, please contact us at hello@inbloomflowers.ca.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All plants, planted arrangements, fresh flowers, and dried flowers are final sale. Pots, home goods and other non-perishable accessories may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase provided the item is unused and in its original condition. For more details, please view our return policy page.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@inbloomflowers.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
