We accept custom orders of all kinds – flower arrangements, bouquets, dried florals, planted arrangements, and more! We can accommodate any price point. If you have something specific in mind but don't see it on our site, you can give us a call at 416-480-2222 during our shop hours, use the chat function in the bottom-right corner, or fill out the form on our Contact Us page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

We deliver throughout Toronto and the GTA as well as certain regions outside of the GTA. If you are not able to select the delivery option for your region, please get in touch via the chat in the bottom-right corner. You can also give us a call at 416-480-2222 or fill out the form on our Contact Us page.  

We do next-day delivery! The latest time to place your order is before 5:00pm the day before you'd like your order delivered.  

If you do require same-day delivery, you can order off of UberEats, or you can give us a call during our shop hours and we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can. If you choose to call, keep in mind we deliver same-day requests personally instead of using our courier, so there may be times when we are unable to do your delivery for you. 

The product photos on our site depict the general size and style of each bouquet/arrangement. As we use the best and freshest seasonal blooms, our selection varies each day and your bouquet/arrangement will likely look different from the sample photos. You may select the colour palette you'd like, and you can leave any additional flower requests in the Order Notes in your cart. We do our best to fulfill any requests! 

Yes, we do! We can create arrangements for any event. We are able to do weddings, celebrations and corporate events, just to name a few. To inquire, please get in touch via the Contact Us page on our site. 

 

We are able to do a wide variety of sympathy arrangements, including vase arrangements, standing sprays, and casket sprays. To inquire, please give us a call at 416-480-2222 during our shop hours or get in touch via the Contact Us page on our site. 

 

Generally, cut flowers can last anywhere from 48 hours to 2 weeks. It is normal for certain individual stems to outlast others. As cut flowers are a natural product, they can be hard to predict, and we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe within which your flowers will last. We do use the freshest blooms available for each bouquet and arrangement to ensure they last as long as possible.  

To get the most out of your blooms: 

  

Bouquets  

  • Unwrap immediately and trim the ends 

  • Place in cool, fresh water, away from direct light or any heat source 

  • Trim ends and replace with clean water daily or every few days to ensure flowers last as long as possible 

Arrangements 

  • Unwrap immediately 

  • Place arrangement in an area away from direct light or any heat source 

  • Top up with clean water daily to ensure flowers last as long as possible 

 

When delivering flowers, we ensure that they have adequate water supply for the duration of the trip. If the flowers are left at your door, please ensure they are brought in promptly. 

If you receive cut flowers that are damaged or wilted, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the flowers. We will require photos of the flowers. Upon inspection of the photos, we can send replacement flowers to replace those that are damaged or offer a partial refund for the value of the stems that are damaged. Unless the entire bouquet/arrangement is damaged, we are unable to send replacements for all the flowers in any given bouquet/arrangement. We cannot take responsibility for any damaged blooms after 48 hours, as there are many factors that impact the lifespan of cut flowers (temperature, duration of time out of water, trimming ends, water supply/freshness, etc), and it is not possible for us to determine the conditions in which the flowers were kept. 

 

Not all!  Our shop is always full of plants + pots + accessories, and some of our products are available in very limited quantities, are too large for our couriers to deliver, or are sold too quickly for us to even list on the site! We're always happy to help with selecting the right plants based on your space and care requirements, and we're also here to help with any plant care advice if you need it! All cut flowers, dried flowers, and plants are final sale. Pots and accessories can be exchanged/returned in store within 15 days with proof of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.  

If you need to cancel your order, we can provide you with a store credit to be used in any future purchase, or a refund minus a $15 service fee. If you contact us within 48 hours of when your order is to be delivered, we can either direct your order to a new delivery address or arrange to have it picked up in store. We are not able to provide refunds for cancellation requests within 48 hours of the delivery day, as we will already have ordered the flowers and may already have your order prepared.
