Frequently Asked Questions

How can I place a custom order?

We accept custom orders of all kinds -- flower arrangements, bouquets, dried florals, planted arrangements, etc. Please give us a call at 416-480-2222 during our shop hours or fill out the form on our Contact Us page.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the GTA as well as certain regions outside of the GTA. If you are not able to select the delivery option for your region, please get in touch via phone at 416-480-2222 or fill out the form on our Contact Us page.

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

Our plants and flowers are final sale. Pots and accessories can be exchanged/returned in store within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

When delivering flowers, we ensure that they have adequate water supply for the duration of the trip. If the flowers are left at your door, please ensure they are brought in promptly.

If you receive cut flowers that are damaged or wilted, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the flowers. We will require photos of the flowers. Upon inspection of the photos, we can send replacement flowers to replace those that are damaged or offer a partial refund for the value of the stems that are damaged. Unless the entire bouquet/arrangement is damaged, we are unable to send replacements for all the flowers in any given bouquet/arrangement. We cannot take responsibility for any damaged blooms after 48 hours, as there are many factors that impact the lifespan of cut flowers (temperature, duration of time out of water, trimming ends, water supply/freshness, etc), and it is not possible for us to determine the conditions in which the flowers were kept.

Do you do flowers for weddings and other events?

Yes, we do! We can create arrangements for any event. We are able to do weddings, celebrations and corporate events, just to name a few. To inquire, please get in touch via the Contact Us page on our site.

Do you do flowers for funerals/memorial services?

We are able to do a wide variety of sympathy arrangements, including vase arrangements, standing wreaths, and casket sprays. To inquire, please get in touch via the Contact Us page on our site.

Will my bouquet/arrangement look exactly like the ones in the sample photos?

The photos of bouquets and arrangements are there to give an idea of the size and style. As we use the best and freshest seasonal blooms, our selection varies each day and your bouquet/arrangement will likely look different from the sample photos. You may select the general colour palette you'd like, and you can leave any additional flower requests in the Order Notes in your cart. We do our best to fulfill any requests!

How long will my flowers last?

Generally, cut flowers can last anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. However, as cut flowers are a natural product, they can be hard to predict, and we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe within which your flowers will last. We do use the freshest blooms available for each bouquet and arrangement to ensure they last as long as possible.
