Alocasia, also known as elephant ears, are beautiful tropical plants that belong to the aroid family. This is a particularly striking, hard-to-find alocasia variety, featuring upright growing leaves with a narrow, sword-like look and rippled edges. The undersides of the leaves are a deep eggplant shade. New growth comes in a glossy, bright green before slowly turning dark green in maturity.
Thrives in bright, indirect light. Prefers consistently moist soil - allow soil to dry about halfway between waterings.
Sold in nursery pot. Decorative pots sold separately - pictured here in the 7" white Romey pot.
